Alternate Resource Group / ARG CRM uses this internal business application to access Google Ads data for accounts that we own or manage with the account holder's authorization.
Information we access
- Google Ads account identifiers and account metadata.
- Campaign, ad group, keyword, and search-term performance data.
- Planning and reporting data available through the Google Ads API.
How we use information
- To monitor and optimize advertising account performance.
- To generate internal reporting for owned or managed accounts.
- To maintain authorized API-based workflow automation.
Sharing
We do not sell Google user data. We use accessed data only for the internal business purposes described above and only in connection with authorized owned or managed accounts.
Retention and security
Access credentials and retrieved data are stored with reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. Data is retained only as long as needed for account management, reporting, operational continuity, and legal or contractual obligations.
